How do I store compound butter and how long does it last?Keep your Lake and Churn butter in the freezer or refrigerator until you are ready to use it. It stays fresh for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator and up to 6 months in the freezer. Thaw at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
Is Lake and Churn butter salted or unsalted?Lake and Churn compound butter is unsalted. The flavor in every batch comes from the quality of the ingredients — not added salt.
